Cookies

In order to facilitate the use of my website, I use “cookies”. Cookies are small pieces of data that are temporarily stored on your computer’s hard drive by your browser and which are necessary for the use of my website. Cookies ensure a generally easier and faster interaction between the visitor and the website. In addition, they help the visitor to navigate between different parts of the site.

  • I use them for the proper functioning of the web page, as well as to generate anonymous statistics on the behaviour of the site’s audience.
  • Via my website, a cookie from the American company Google is placed as part of their “Analytics” service. I use this service to track and report on how visitors use my website. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so or if third parties process this information on Google’s behalf. I have no influence on this. The information is transferred and stored by Google on servers in the USA.
  • I also place “tracking cookies” on your computer. I use these cookies to keep track of the pages you visit in order to create a profile of your online behaviour. This profile is not linked to your name, address, email address, etc., but is only used to align ads on platforms such as Facebook and Google with your profile so that they are as relevant to you as possible.

Most Internet browsers automatically accept cookies. You can prevent this by changing the configuration of your browser. You can delete the cookies stored on your PC at any time by deleting temporary Internet files, but you may lose some functionality. Consult your browser’s help function to find out how to delete cookies or prevent them from being stored on your computer.
